I understand and agree that you will receive 90% of a 25% referral fee paid to ActiveStar Realty LLC. I have informed the referral client that a member of ActiveStar Realty LLC or other trusted Brokerage will be in contact with them. I do not believe that the referral given is currently working with a Real Estate company.

If you are active with another Brokerage (ie. out of state) not with ActiveStar Realty LLC. we will still accept your referral, and any referral fee will be paid to your Broker of record.
